Professional recognition

Experience and professionalism acquired by an insolvency professional society is reflected in professional recognition conferred by the various public institutions involved in the management of insolvency proceedings or the voluntary liquidation proceedings. These consist in the agreement by such institutions in order to participate in the selections of administrators/ judicial liquidators or liquidators volunteers for designation of the particular procedure of reorganization or liquidation (voluntary or judicial).

MRL also participated in the selection of the list of insolvency practitioners approved by the Ministry of Public Finance-National Tax Administration Agency, organized by ANAF. Following the solution, ANAF admitted our professional society to the LIST of practitioners approved for zones I-XV (entire territory of Romania).

By participating in the selection of liquidators that will be approved for participation for appointment of liquidators of the company disposed of A.V.A.S portfolio, under the provisions of Law 137 / 2002 with amendments and additions, O.U.G., no. 88 / 1997 with subsequent amendments and additions and H.G. no. 577 / 2002 on detailed rules for applying them, organized by AVAS in February 2007, MRL IASI SPRL was approved by AVAS agreeable letter no. 825,897 / 24.11.2008

Thus, in the list of liquidators admitted in which we obtained a minimum of 70 points out of maximum score of 100 points set in the key for the assessment of participation in the selection of files mentioned above, approved by the Board of Directors of AVAS of March 13th, 2007, MRL is first position nationally.
