Consultants in insolvency proceedings

Under the procedure provided by Law 85/2006, the main professional services that our society offers can be structured as follows:

• the preparation of the project or plan of reorganization and monitoring its achievement in the best conditions,
• the preparation of economic and financial analysis necessary to establish the reasons behind the state of cessation of payments and forecast opportunities for recovery;
• reporting evaluation of assets or property to be recovered through sale,
• control or direction of the company during the period of observation or reorganization (administrative);
• preparing the draft plan of liquidation;
• recovery in a highly effective marketing system of the company's assets in insolvency;
• complete management of the business of liquidation of company assets.
